What makes our coffee stand out is a combination of our bean selection, freshness, the filter, and the amount of grounds used. We use 12g, compared to 8g and 5g used in coffee pods.

We even take the size of the grounds into account. We actually use a mix of different sizes to maximize extraction and taste while making sure there is no clogging (Yes, there is some science behind what we do).

Unlike some other coffee products out there ― *cough*pods*cough* ― our Drip Bags are made of non woven material and break down in an industrial environment. We do not recommend putting the inner bags in your home compost. You can reuse the pouches to plant seedlings if you are feeling extra productive after your coffee hit! Please put the outer foils in the recycling bin, and the pouch (filter) in the city compost bin.

We prepare our coffee orders in batches every two weeks for freshness. Depending on when you order comes in, your first delivery might be delayed a bit. But after that, you should be getting your order as scheduled.
